About RADAR
A Qatar-based firm built on 25 years of Gulf public-sector excellence work.
RADAR Management Consulting W.L.L. was founded in Doha to give organizations direct access to senior, practitioner-level expertise in excellence and quality. Our name comes from the RADAR logic at the heart of the EFQM Model: define the Results you need, plan a sound Approach, Deploy it systematically, then Assess and Refine.
We work alongside leadership teams on award submissions, certification programs, strategy and KPI frameworks, and process redesign, and we leave behind trained internal teams who can carry the work forward.
